Dr. Rebecca Serrano grew up with goats, horses, pigs, cows, chickens, geese, ducks, German Shepherds, and Belgian Malinois...and a few humans on her family's farm just outside of Columbus, Ohio. She learned the benefits of integrative medicine at an early age as her parents are integrative medical doctors for humans.
Dr. Serrano received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and Biology from the University of Findlay, ultimately graduating from Ohio State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. Her special interests include animal nutrition, surgery, and physical therapy. She is currently working on her certification in animal physical therapy.
Outside of veterinary medicine, she loves to paint, read, and hike with her dog Charlie, who you will see at the center.
