The following is an outline of how to best communicate with your pet's doctor when questions arise about the health and well-being of our patient. lf there are extensive questions or communications that require a longer conversation please schedule a phone consult with your doctor through the front desk. In occasional cases (particularly when testing is completed in other centers) these may be considered paid phone consults.
For medical emergencies that need to be dealt with immediately please inform the front desk client service representative and they will verbally communicate with the doctor if available. Your doctor may respond through one of our staff or directly with you ... know that all will do their very best to get you an answer as soon as possible in these and all cases.
